Residency and Installation Process for The Key Room
The Key Room project began with an extensive research and excavation process at the Headlands Center for the Arts. Over the course of two years, I archived the objects left behind in the “Archive Room” and learned about their history from Holly Blake, Headlands Center for the Arts Residency Manager. I organized the objects into eleven categories and made temporary displays over the course of developing the project.
