Motion Zones is a limited edition booklet that includes images found online of screenshots from the home surveillance system, Ring. Each image shows the perspective from the system’s camera, looking out on to a front porch or yard. On top of each camera view is the Ring’s “motion zone” which is the area that is sensitive to motion and can trigger the system’s alert mechanism. These screenshots show the area of the infrastructure that is invisible in physical space, but viewable through the Ring app.
